SUMMARY OF SERVICES
The experienced staff at G. J. Berding Surveying regularly provides survey services in support of the engineering design and architectural design sectors, legal professionals, builders and constructors, site developers and various public agencies.
GPS Control Surveys and Aerial Control Surveys
Equipped with state of the art real time GPS receivers, survey data can be gathered on points far removed from each other that would require extensive time and effort using conventional methods.  Data can be gathered without the need for intervisibilty between control points.
Boundary Survey and Resolution
Courthouse and records research provides a basis for resolving property line locations as well as an understanding of the historical basis or evolution of property line locations.

A field survey crew locates existing field monumentation and lines of occupation; data is downloaded for resolution with the researched and recorded data.

Topographic Base Maps
To facilitate the design of new improvements or the expansion of an existing facility, our survey crews field locate features and elevations required for the preparation of a base map. Data is coded as it is observed and then stored in our field computers. The information is downloaded and layered by code. A base map is prepared to the scale and layering specifications of the end user.
Right-of-Way and Easement Surveys
Legal descriptions and exhibits to delineate the limits of proposed right-of-way and easements for roadway and utility improvements. We are ODOT prequalified.
Construction Layout and Support
